German jazz singer sang Kyrgyz songs. The Kyrgyz Republic became the highlight of the ITB Berlin

In the Federal Republic of Germany hosted a large tourist exhibition ITB Berlin. It gathered more than 160 thousand visitors and 10 thousand participants. The pavilion of the Kyrgyz Republic traditionally become the most striking.

The Kyrgyz Republic was represented by 16 tourist companies and four destinations. They all met colleagues from around the world and found new business partners.

Representatives of the Tourism Fund told visitors about rich tourist opportunities of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also gave them the opportunity to plunge into the atmosphere of Kyrgyz culture and hospitality right in the Berlin exhibition. Kyrgyz representatives organized a grand evening show, which gathered more than three hundred people especially for this purpose.

Visitors treated by plov (Kyrgyz famous meal), girls from the Kyrgyz community entertained guests with national dances. Also everybody had the opportunity to make photo session with Kyrgyz batyr giants. While German jazz singer Maya Fadeeva sang heartfelt Kyrgyz songs.

And, of course, the participants were told in detail about the Kyrgyz Republic and about the Tourism Fund and its projects.  

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Germany Omurbek Tekebayev and the President of the Tourism Fund Elena Kalashnikova welcomed guests.

Representatives of the tourism industry from around the world and other guests, were satisfied. Many of them decided to come to the Kyrgyz Republic in May.
